Workplace communication is the process of exchanging ideas and information, verbally and non verbally between one person or group and another person or groups in an organization.

Better communication can lead to boosting teamwork maintain better collaboration. It applies to practically every organization. Workplace communication is an integral part of every organization’s success and also to achieve organizational goals. Effective communication can make an organization more productive. Furthermore, it helps employees become more efficient and skilled at their job as well as progress in their careers.

By maintaining excellent communication, management and the people underneath them can stay on the same page.
