Challenges certainly arise in any organization and any job role. The HRM of any organization faces various challenges regarding its role. The challenges HRM faces differ every day and it helps them become better professionals. These range from Organization standards, employee grievances, new hires, and more.
However, in the midst of many of these general, frequently encountered challenges, in some unforeseen circumstance, challenges to arise. In such unforeseen situations, it is the responsibility of the HRM to make the appropriate decisions, actions, and to implement the most appropriate. The success of any organization depends a lot on HRM.
In the face of this situation, HRM has a great responsibility to find effective solutions to ensure the continued existence of the organization and to cope successfully with this extraordinary crisis, and to cope with employees. Due to the covid 19 pandemic, the economy has collapsed. Because of the uncertain situation, all employees are under severe stress. therefore it's the major responsibility of HRM professionals have to do their best to maintain the status quo of the organization, retain employees focus on their needs, welfare and make appropriate decisions.
" Recently, the covid -19 pandemic has created demanding conditions for human resource managers in the context of dramatic changes around the world due to the pandemic, the organization needs to respond and adapt to the alterations and accordingly manage the workforce"(Carnevale and Hatak,2020).

In this unpredictable environment, HRM must be expected in every aspect of its role. HRM should have a broad understanding of the new challenges and issues that have arisen.
Recommendation
As the pandemic reset major work trends, HRM professionals need to rethink workforce, employee planning, Management performance and look for innovative strategies despite their many years of experience in relevant roles. They need to focus on timely ideas and strategies accordingly to succeed. Cope with the new situation. Therefore HRM should take lead in assisting the organization to consider innovative policies relevant to formal policies to overcome challenges of uncertainty that have arisen.
